Complete Kaeso Manicure

Complete Kaeso Manicure

Enjoying regular manicures can help to strengthen and protect the nails and remove dry, dead skin cells from your hands so they will feel softer, healthier, and look more youthful.

Kaeso Manicure is a luscious range to nourish, moisturise and help promote healthy hands and nails. Using naturally derived, skin-loving ingredients throughout the range, a Kaeso Manicure is a rejuvenating and relaxing experience.

Step-by-Step Kaeso Manicure Guide

Step 1

Sanitise your hands and your client’s hands with Pink Grapefruit Hygiene Spray. Tissue off any excess. CAUTION: Do not use on broken skin.

Step 2

Option 1 – Standard nail polish removal - Soak a cotton wool ball with Bare All Non-Acetone Remover or Naked Nails Acetone Remover, remove old polish if present, or degrease the nails. Trim and file the nails to the desired length and shape.

Option 2 – Gel polish removal - Buff the surface of your mani with a nail file to remove the shine, then soak a cotton ball in the acetone and place it directly on top of your nail. Follow by wrapping each finger with a small piece of foil, and after 10 to 15 minutes, the gel manicure should slide right off with the cotton ball.

Option 3Artificial nail removal - Pour the undiluted Kaeso Naked Nails remover into a bowl and soak until the nails are easily removed.

Step 3

Fill a bowl with warm water and squirt in a small amount of Red Berry Hand Soak.

Step 4

Apply a small amount of Velvet Touch Cuticle Massage Cream to the cuticles of one hand and gently massage in a circular motion. Place hand in the bowl and let soak for a few minutes to soften cuticles. Repeat this stage with the second hand. Remove first soaking hand and pat dry with a towel.

Step 5

Apply Bearberry Smoothie Cuticle Remover with cotton buds and gently massage around the cuticle area. Remove second hand from the bowl, pat dry and apply cuticle remover as before. Moving back to first hand gently push back the cuticles with an orange stick or hoof stick, if the cuticles have adhered to the nail plate carefully remove them with a cuticle knife. Repeat this stage with the second hand. If the client has any hangnails or thickened cuticles trim with cuticle nippers – do not trim healthy skin only dead skin. Wash the nails and gently brush them with a nail brush. Pat dry.

Step 6

Exfoliate hands with Mulberry and Pomegranate Hand Scrub. Using a clean spatula scoop enough to treat one hand and gently massage into the hand paying particular attention to dry areas. Repeat with second hand. Rinse in warm water and pat dry.

Step 7

Massage hands and forearms with Raspberry Ripple Hand Lotion. This will stimulate circulation and soften the skin.

Step 8

Once the hands have been massaged and stimulated apply a liberal amount of Wild Berry Hand Mask. Cover hands with a towel and leave for 15 minutes for maximum benefit. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.

Step 9

Buffing will smooth out ridges and any imperfections on the nail plate - excellent for boosting blood circulation and the shine can last up to a week.

Step 10

Massage the hands with Cranberry Sensation Hand Treatment Cream. This will lock in the moisture to protect and hydrate the hands.

Step 11

Finally, apply one tiny drop of Juicy Drops Cuticle Oil to each cuticle and massage gently until absorbed, this will hydrate the cuticles and lock in moisture. Tissue off any excess.
